Mentor Coaching
Mentors, Coordinators, Class Teachers, In charges and Departmental Heads are provided systematic and structured training to develop skills in understanding and analysing problems in teaching learning transaction, classroom dynamics, day to day school issues and the art and science of monitoring and supervision. These trained personnel go further to train other teachers and staff in phases.
